Great service most if not all of the time. Can be a bit pricey, but worth the money if your priority is quality. Been getting my hair trimmed/cut/styled here for the past 7 years, and I’ve yet to feel dissatisfied. Waiting can be an issue from time to time though, but understandable. I got a bikini wax here. The room was dirty—a previous customer’s hair was clearly still on the table. When the aesthetician was finished, she opened the door before I had time to put my clothes back on, and since the salon looks out directly onto Centre street, this was extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable for me. Regarding the wax, it was not thorough, and wax was left on my body that was difficult to remove after.

Critical: ProfessionalismI had an appointment with this salon which I booked two weeks in advance and confirmed that it is still holding two days before that appointment date. Alta Gracia is always late for morning appointments and if you ask why she denies being late, and says she you have a bad clock and is unable to apologize and make things right. Her hair cuts have been sub par and her attitude very agresive, she hung up on me after she accused me of lying, saying she was there at appointment time, when clearly I waited 15 min with a locked door in my face. If you like mediocre hair cuts and a face full of attitude then this is the place for you.
