Today was my first time back and Carter made sure to explain to me all of the different protocols in place to ensure a healthy and safe environment. You can tell they really care about their clients! They always take the time to discuss tension/problem areas and if they notice something as they’re working, they’ll make sure to spend extra time in that area, even if it’s not something you’ve discussed. Today was my first time back and Carter made sure to explain to me all of the different protocols in place to ensure a healthy and safe environment. You can tell they really care about their clients! Donna is the BEST massage therapist I’ve seen! My husband bought me a Groupon for a massage a few years back and I’ve been going consistently ever since. The office is warm and inviting and her demeanor immediately makes you feel relaxed. She takes the time to listen to you and customizes each massage to fit your needs. I got my boyfriend a Groupon gift certificate for a massage and I found it extremely difficult to book an appointment. No one ever answers the phone and it took 2 days for someone to get back to me after leaving a message. They do have online booking but the availability is extremely limited, particularly if you have a Groupon certificate. Unless you have a very flexible schedule or are willing to wait over a month to get an appointment, I would not recommend this business. They have one of the worst customer service models I have ever come across. I don’t understand why they even participate in Groupon because it does not provide a good introduction to their business and their entire approach is a complete turn off.
