Julia was absolutely amazing. She knew what I wanted AND what I needed. She is capable of giving you the cut you want based on a photo or aesthetic, and she caters it to fit your face shape. I went as a walk-in to get my bangs cut and was seated very quickly. Brooke cut my hair and she was incredibly sweet and professional, the salon was very cute and had a very welcoming environment and the service was phenomenal!

Buyer beware. I have been getting perms for the past 13+ years without an issue until I came to this salon. The person who was supposed to be doing my hair called to cancel once I was already at the salon and so two other employees said they would jointly do my hair in between their other appointments. I’m not sure whether it was because they were distracted with those other appointments or they did not know what they were doing, but I lost my hairline as a result of this perm. It is finally growing back ~6 months later, but I have a long road ahead until it finally gets back to normal.

I was unable to get a quick appointment with my regular stylist for lowlights, highlights, and eyebrow wax and took a chance with with Sade. She did a fabulous job. She spent time asking me about my hair. She was super friendly, fun to talk to, and professional the whole time that I was there. I will second another review, the head massage during the shampoo was amazing! This was my first experience with Sade at Ultimate Touch. I was unable to get a quick appointment with my regular stylist for lowlights, highlights, and eyebrow wax and took a chance with with Sade. She did a fabulous job. She spent time asking me about my hair. She was super friendly, fun to talk to, and professional the whole time that I was there. I will second another review, the head massage during the shampoo was amazing! Sade went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my hair.

I love my hair now! I believe her name was Cassidy but if I am wrong I will update ASAP. She was the first stylist in 10 years to do exactly what I asked for and I am so happy. Very clean and professional establishment. I would recommend making an appointment, just because they are in a mall doesn’t mean they have openings. They do take walk-ins if possible, but I watched maybe 15 people walk in that they couldn’t serve because they were all booked up. I work a lot and only have Sundays off sometimes so it was hard to find a place to fix the hair that I’ve ruined by doing it myself. I love my hair now! I believe her name was Cassidy but if I am wrong I will update ASAP. She was the first stylist in 10 years to do exactly what I asked for and I am so happy. Very clean and professional establishment. Sade was amazing with my wiggly boys for their hair cuts- I have taken them to her twice now- and will continue. When my little girl wanted her hair “cut” today she let her crawl up and “pretended” to cut her hair to help her feel included! It meant the world to me! She is such a woman of faith and it pours through her service to everyone. I am blown away at how sweet and loving she is to everyone- and she is so gentle and loving with children! She deserves well over 5 stars! The salon was clean, refreshing, and friendly! They did an amazing job and I will continue to visit Sade- my boys love her!

I am *very* pleased after my first visit to the salon. All the stylists seemed friendly. My stylist Sade did an excellent job on my hair (shampoo and cut) and made the appointment enjoyable. I went for a cut with the intent to chop off a couple inches and I am really happy with the shape and layers of my new style. The pricing is also very reasonable. I will definitely go back to Sade for my next cut!
