Every year I make a trip here to get my massage and facial. The atmosphere is always calming and staff is friendly and professional. I’ve always had a wonderful experience although the staff does seem to change often. My only con is that they need to have robes/ sarongs and slippers for plus size clients. Other than that, great place!

I purchased a massage at Ultimate Realm of Serenity in Norman online. I chose Liz as my massage therapist and she could not have been better. She was ready and waiting as I walked through the door. The massage was the best I’ve received. She worked on some trouble spots and those spots were better by the end of the day. I highly recommend Ultimate Realm of Serenity and especially Liz as a massage therapist. I will be a return customer.

Not consistent – your service depends entirely on the massage therapist, and there’s no way to know who is better for what kind of pressure or experience you’re looking for until you just try. VERY limited info on their website about each massage therapist’s strengths.

Critical: QualityJust had a 90 minute massage here today.. I’ll preface this by saying I get massages about once a month, and this was the first time to Ultimate Realm of Serenity.. First the good.Pros: (5 stars)The atmosphere was very clean, welcoming and relaxing. I interacted with my masseuse and another woman working there, and they were both very warm and welcoming.Cons: (1 star) The actual massage.. So bad. It started with slow, soft rubbing of coconut oil on me for about ten minutes. I actually thought she was just warming up. She then asked “how’s the pressure?” I told her to go deeper, and that I preferred more of a deep tissue massage, and to error on the side of deep. Well, for the next 80 minutes nothing changed. She literally rubbed coconut oil on my skin. There was never any massaging of the muscles. I was just having my skin moisturized. She never used her fingers to knead or massage any parts of my body. Simply just slowly rubbing oil on me. At one point I thought about just having her stop, and leaving, but I didn’t want to be rude. But I’m also disappointed I spent $125 for 90 minutes of frustration. Instead of relaxation, I laid there frustrated that I was wasting time and money. Hopefully if you’re reading this and you visit, you get a different therapist. I was hoping when I left someone else would be there I could speak with, but it was just my therapist there to take my payment.Just had a 90 minute massage here today.. The atmosphere is serene and zen, the massage was incredibly relaxing and fairly priced, and my therapist (Stevie) listened to my concerns and needs. I would give them ten stars if I could. I’m sure another review will be coming soon once the services are rendered for the gift certificate I just purchased, but I didn’t want to postpone a positive review of my experience so far. I won’t go into details, but Ultimate Realm of Serenity went above and beyond to make sure things were handled for me today when buying a gift. This is our first time to do business with them and I’m very impressed so far and suspect they will be seeing us a lot in the future. Well done!

Wonderful massages, and wonderful atmosphere. I started going to Ultimate Realm of Serenity at the recommendation of a friend when I was needing a new massage therapist. I get regular massages to help with chronic pain due to a joint condition, so I felt a little “frivolous” at first going to a spa for a massage (rather than at a chiropractor). My experience here is always wonderful though, and I quickly became a regular. The building is so relaxing, kept warm, dimly lit, and quiet. I regularly see Harmony, and she gives absolutely excellent massages! She’s always willing to work with me on my problem spots and what is the worst on that particular day, and regularly checks in with me on what is helping my muscles the most. Definitely a great place that I’d highly recommend!

This is the BEST place to go!! Support local business, and you won’t be disappointed! The mud baths are so wonderful! The use this nice thin mud so you don’t have to shower after, but you can rinse off, they leave extra room in the tub in case you want to adjust the water level or heat. So quiet and relaxing. Monica the owner is very kind and willing to work with you busy schedule. I am sure all the other ladies are wonderful at their services but I can vouch that Harmony is AMAZING!!! She is literally the best massage therapist ever!!! She gives such a wonderful relaxing massage! I about fell asleep on her table. I would gladly drive as many miles as needed to get a massage from her. Go give this place a try! You won’t regret it. Just remember don’t be a jerk and forget to tip the massage therapist!! They worked hard on you, show some appreciation!
