My experience was excellent with the hairstylist and salon. I went in for color and hi-lights and while there mentioned that my hair has been “frizzy” and what could I do. Leah Purdee suggested a conditioning treatment that made a huge difference. My hair is now sleek and shiny. I was coming from out of town while my son took a test and she met me at 7:30 on a Saturday morning. I was very pleased with the service and extremely pleased with my color and conditioning treatment.

If you’re not a local, do not waste your time in going to Ultimate Raaz. I’ve had my hair done here twice and each time I listened to my hair stylist talk about customers and even coworkers in the most awful manner. This place is FULL of drama. The second time I got my hair done, I wanted about 5 inches taken off my hair that was down to my lower back at the time. I ended up getting hair shorter than shoulder length because my stylist cut it too short in a pony tail. On top of that, she completely chopped my hair and tried to hide her mistake from me. I had to get it fixed by another salon because my engagement photos were 2 days later. As if this wasn’t a good enough reason to not go here, my stylist texted me before one of my appointments and told me “something came up, is there any way I can move my appointment to a different day?” I declined and while I was at my appointment, she slipped up and said she wanted to go to the beach that day so apparently the beach is what “came up.” Unbelievable.
