Terrible job. She cut my nails too short then I had to pay extra $10 for tips. Tips didnt properly fit my nails on all of them. Nails left bumpy and not smooth. Didn’t get filings from under my nails. Looks like an amateur did these nails. Files and tools were not cleaned from previous client. Nails are thick. Just terrible.

The absolute worst place to get nails done. Rude, rude, rude. I rarely write negative reviews. My daughter and a friend went together and were over charged by $20 because they were 16 years old. My daughter’s broke within 5 minutes after she got back home. I had to take her back immediately and I asked them why they overcharged her by $20 for pink and white dip. They charged $70. I guess in these times when they were closed due to covid they are just going to make up the difference by gouging kids who are using their own money to pay for nails. I’m so upset and would never recommend this place. They argued with me in front of all their customers because they could not understand what I was saying when I asked who was in charge. Do not go here. They are so rude and dishonest. They should be ashamed of themselves for ripping off kids who worked and saved money to get this done. Yes this is the place next to Baskin Robbins and Red Tulip!!

Critical: Quality, ValueThe guy kept on complimenting my hands til it was creepy. They also don’t do acrylics anymore which is fine, I got tips and sns color. Without the tip it was $70!!!! That is too expensive for basic color my nail broke four days later with snow! The new nail tech. Critical: ProfessionalismThe woman at the desks tone was rude. I had to wait for a bit when there was other employees in the back. They had made the water for the feet way too hot. They guy did a good job though. But when I was paying he said the price which was $10 more than what I asked for. He was insinuating that he keeps the difference. When I got my amount back, I gave him a tip. Then he starts talking in his native tongue of my change back and tip amount and all the workers start looking at me. I think it’s rude and disrespectful to use your own language to talk about people,much less in front of them. People should be appreciative of what they have and what they get! they do a fantastic job whenever you have services. The issue that I have with this business is that they give favoritism to people that they know. It is not a first come first serve. It is fine to give people services that have an appointment first. But whenever you are at the front of the business and they’re asking everyone there if they have an appointment, and they have confirmed that no one that you were standing with has an appointment and they start giving services to other people who look more affluent than you or that they know services before you It is bad for business. I do not like to give places that give me great services low ratings. But this type of business practice is disparaging to customers. I do not care if the person works for you, I don’t care if they know someone that works for you, I don’t care if they came in with their best friend and they’re getting something done together, I don’t care if the person looks like they have more money than me. anybody that knows me knows that if I am treated properly that I am more likely to get more services and come back later. I am extremely disappointed and I am not likely to go back.I’ve actually gone to this location three different occasions. And each time I’ve had the same experience just on different levels. When I was in yesterday, it was very busy but I had four people go in front of me that came in at least 5 minutes after I did. I waited an additional hour on top of my wait time when those people came in 5 minutes after me.
