My oldest is in a wheelchair and Jerome was amazingly accommodating and gave him a great cut, he looks so handsome and it was so quick. My youngest hopped right up there and told Jerome exactly what he wanted, he was very friendly and professional. My son said his hair looks “sick!” He loves it. Tried Ultimate Haircuts out for my first time on July 18. Upon visiting the location, the barber I had originally selected apparently wasn’t cutting anymore that day and asked another barber to take care of me (Alex). Alex was professional, very detailed and I loved the haircut (although it took over an hour).I thought we found our new salon since we recently moved to the area.

Our initial visit was excellent…my son said it was his best haircut ever! The next time we went, he got a not so great cut. Jerome was there at the time and absolutely did every single thing he could to make the haircut right. We have been back twice now to get “touch ups” by Jerome (at no charge). Jerome has taken a bad situation and absolutely made it right. My son will definitely continue to go back and see Jerome. 5 star customer service, for sure!
