The old lady in the first chair to the right totally ignored the way I wanted my haircut. When I told her please don’t cut anymore she said she had to straighten it out and she left a void in the middle on top of my head. Never going to her again. This place is awesome!!! I have curly hair and it is the only place that I go to to get me hair cut, that is because they are the only ones who can get it right. I can honestly say I have never had a bad haircut from here. Noemi is my go to, very friendly and knowledgeable. I also bring my daughter here. I highly recommend this place.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI made an appointment for myself and my two kids, this lady Naomi cut our hair… well first off they are remodeling the place so it looked like it was hit by a tornado, secondly I noticed her equipment was everywhere and not cleaned right. I figured this place has a five stars so I decided to stay and proceeded with our haircuts. Long story short she left all three of us with uneven hair and my little one is not lined up right and missing parts of the fade where his hair should of been cut clean. My hair was layered with left the right side about an inch shorter than the left. Very dissatisfied and never coming back. I made an appointment for myself and my two kids, this lady Naomi cut our hair… well first off they are remodeling the place so it looked like it was hit by a tornado, secondly I noticed her equipment was everywhere and not cleaned right. Cool place in a tiny strip mall. The stylists were great and all the clients seem happy. They do both men’s and women’s hair. I was very happy with my haircut.

I have been without a hairdresser for many years since my hairdresser moved to Las Vegas. I’m very picky and could never find one to my liking. Then one day, Lou was heaven sent. She listened to my wishes and gave me the transformation I was looking for. She is very patient and listens yo what you ask for along with giving her profesio690nal recomendation. We were able to compromise to which I am extremely grateful because she knows her stuff and my hair did not get damaged. I feel very satisfied and have regained confidence in my appearance. She will be my hairdresser for as long as she will have me. My mom is very picky and I was pleasantly surprised that she loved her hair and also will be using Lou from now on. This salon participles in the Locks of Love program where hair can be donated to make wigs for children with cancer. they are suppose to cut your hair for free if you are donating your hair to Lock of Love. I called on a Friday and they said they would charge me to donate my hair if I did it on a weekend but Friday is a week day. Why participate in charity then charge people who want to help. That’s plain ridiculous and selfish.
