I have been going here since I was a kid, and Steph is always ready to tackle whatever I want to do with my hair! I’ve had highlights, been brown/red, blond, purple, and orange even haha. They are very knowledgeable in teaching how you can style your hair at home and what products would be best for you!

First time I’ve literally cried over how ugly I looked after a haircut. I showed the woman a picture of the haircut I wanted and we discussed it (only short in the back, keep it longer everywhere else) and instead of cutting on inch or so off my bangs like the picture, she cuts my bangs so they’re only an inch or so long! And then tries to say that they were short in the picture I showed her- they’re not! My husband had to come comfort me in the shower later because he could hear me sobbing so loud and took him 10 minutes to calm me down that just because my hair looks bad doesn’t mean I’m ugly. Haven’t felt this insecure since high school. Definitely not going back!!!!

My wife came home sobbing that the hair stylist had cut off her bangs, unasked for. She provided a photo of the style she wanted (which had bangs) and the stylist told my wife she had to cut them. She’s been crying for the last half hour. Unfortunate experience. Hairstyling

I have been going to Ultimate Hair Salon since I moved to Phoenixville in 2005. I have all good things to say about them. My stylists, first Lisa, then Stephanie (when Lisa went out on medical leave), take excellent care of my hair. They are also 100% professional and friendly. I get haircuts and highlights, and am completely happy with both. My hubby even goes to Ultimate now! We both highly recommend them!

Wonderful, very talented staff, I always get compliments on my haircut and the coloring, often from from others who are professional hair dressers. Stephanie and Shelia are very compassionate women who also take the time to help women diagnosed with cancer to feel better about themselves, teaching about application of makeup and wig care.
