Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI hadn’t been here in awhile and remembered it being good and reasonable. I made my appt she called three times to move me forward. As I sat down her next appts were showing up.I brought a picture of what i wanted. She turned me so i was looking away from the mirror. She started whacking away. When she finished she showed me what she had done. I was so. unhappy!! It’s gonna take a year to get it back to looking good I look like she put a bowl on my head and I can not do anything with it. I also brought my friend in to get her hair done and colored. My friend had the same treatment. My friend spent $165 on her hair and she said her hair is all chopped up. I was so upset I had told my friend i’m sure you will like her. I feel like i should pay my friend back because I recommended her. We won’t be coming back. I hadn’t been here in awhile and remembered it being good and reasonable. I made my appt she called three times to move me forward. As I sat down her next appts were showing up.I brought a picture of what i wanted. She turned me so i was looking away from the mirror. She started whacking away. She helped me pick out new colors for my weave highlights. She has a good eye for colors and worked enthusiastically even though she wore a mask. She was delightful and so sweet. I am very happy with the results. Thank you Amands!
