I’m coming back on here to edit my review after not finding another person to color my hair like Melissa! I haven’t been to the Ultimate in a year because I moved, but I wish I could!!! I loved all of their services I had done and I was never disappointed with anything. Melissa really listened to what I wanted, explained what was possible to do with my hair, and truly cared about how my hair turned out.

A friend of mine and I went to this place to get manicures while we visited for the weekend. We went because they had a buy one get one 1/2 special. We also thought getting the gel color would be nice. When I called and requested a manicure she said to come in at 10 but when I asked to get the gel for both she said that takes longer (since they closed at 12) so we should come in at 9. I have had manicures done before and all this girl did was paint my nails. There was no cuticle trimming or filing on my nails. She did both of our manicures in an hour too! Then, once we went to pay we found out the gel color doesn’t count for the buy one get one 1/2 off. I was sorely dissapointed. We came here because of the good reviews but don’t plan on ever going back. They were very friendly and nice but if you have exclusions you need to list them on your website (with the coupon) and you also need to do everything that is included in a regular manicure. Also, we had paint on our skin around our nails and some of it is already peeling off. (We had this done saturday and it’s only Tuesday). We were very dissapointed since we were really looking forward to starting our day with a nice relaxing manicure.

Had a spray tan norvell ( best product ever ) was greeted at the door by the receptionist, Darla did my spray tan was very pleased with the outcome and her professionalism look forward to going back!!!! highly recommended !!!
