This was my first experience getting a facial and I feel like it will be hard to top! Deborah was so calm, knowledgeable, kind, and amazing at what she does! I felt sooo relaxed and well taken care of!! Highly recommend!

I have only lived in this area for less than a year and I have searched for a place for a pedicure that I felt comfortable about the amenities and, most important of all, the cleanliness. I had a pedicure in the salon where I have my hair done, and it was very clean, but they, alas, had no massage chair, which I enjoy. I went to 4 different places, including 2 in Hagerstown, and was very uncomfortable as to the cleanliness of these places. At Ultimate faces, everything is IMMACULATELY clean. I love the massage chair, but most of all, I was really happy with Natalie. She truly made me feel pampered and she did a lovely job. She is sweet and her sunny disposition was the icing on the cake! Cannot wait to go back!

Got my Mom a facial for Mother’s Day. My Mom said Deborah was an earth angel. Her facial was unbelievable and included a massage. She stuck around to get a pedicure because she felt so good. She was treated like a queen and my appreciation goes out to you Deborah:)
