Best dermatology care ever. The office is impeccable. The front desk is composed of the friendliest staff; I am always greeted and helped with kindness. The dermatologists and nurses are extremely intelligent, efficient and caring. They take the time to listen to your concerns and to examine you. I have received care from almost all staff members and they have each gone above and beyond in not just treating me but educating me on how to maintain my skin. Made an appointment for a facial with Marie in November and had to wait until February because of vacation and scheduling. I was told I qualified for the Medicare coverage but when I arrived I was told I wasn’t. I was told I could leave or stay. I came for the facial so I stayed. Almost in that tone.

Love this place! I have struggled with adult acne immediately after my teen acne cleared up. After many products and antibiotics, Dr Wu and his staff (The amazing Chase) have created a regime that works and has kept me clear for months. The office is clean and welcoming and the front desk staff are incredible. I recommend everyone to get their treatments here.

This place is absolutely fantastic!! I come here every month to get laser hair removal on my face as I do not want to shave anymore because of constant breakouts from razor burns. I love coming here and seeing my nurse Bridget monthly. The front office staff is always super friendly and knows my by name right when I walk in. This office has such a strange feel to it. Upon my visit yesterday, it seemed very mechanical and not very warm. Immediately, I noticed and heard an assistant on the phone with a patient, telling her, ” there’s so much screaming in the background I can’t hear myself think.” I thought to myself, how do you think the patient feels? It was the tone of aggravation that was easily to pick up on. Also, there’s too much going on in that small office space, it was not comforting. So, I get called back finally and I was told my service would cost extra. After I ask about it I was told, ” oh they should have told you that on the phone.” Yes, that would have been a good idea. Plus, the med assistant was again mechanical, not warm, not friendly and it was essentially more of what I experienced when walking through the door. Almost like I was bothering her, ‘I have so much to do today attitude’ So, needless to say, I simply said, ” this is not the office for me.” They were quick to refund my copay, but I left feeling that was one of the oddest drs office I’ve ever been in. Ithe air of that office could use a refresher. Lots of oddly placed tension. Definitely, not for someone looking for a relaxed, welcoming, professional environment. So, not for me.
