I needed a basic mani& Pedi the same day and It was the only place around with the availability. So 2 hours later I had it done. This is where the good part ends. Uncomfortable hard chair, no toe separators, uneven nail polish, sticking out cuticles, no proper equipment to dry the nail polish. Total bill: $80 for the worst experience and result I ever had.

I had an amazing experience at UK Nails! Ever since moving back to the suburbs from Boston, I’ve been looking for a new salon. UK Nails is the best in the area. I called ahead to make an appointment for acrylics. At first I wanted ombré pink/white, but that design would have been an extra cost so I looked at the gel colors. They had a great color selection and I was sold when it was suggested to have one sparkle nail. I couldn’t be more excited about my nails. I went in to get an acrylic fill and brought a picture of a very simple design with me (a heart with some stripes). the person said they did not know how to do designs, but on their website/customer photos it boasts about detailed and unique nail designs. my nails were also shaped wrong and the person appeared to not know what the shape I asked for was, I asked for an almond shape and got squared tips. I was charged $60 for an acrylic fill when almost every other place I have been to charges $30-$40, which was frustrating since I did not get what I asked to be done.

Hands down the greatest nail salon there is. Quin, Hannah, Jasmine, Tom, and everyone else is wonderful. I travel from Boston to get my nails done. They are thorough, neat, friendly, clean, funny, professional, and just amazing. I’ve been going there since they opened and have never had better service or a better manicure. UK Nails & Spa did a fabulous job for my nails and my daughters nails. They did acrylic french white nails with a burgundy flower for my daughter for her Wedding and my nails were that same burgundy with a matching white flower design. They gave us special attention and pampering; just what my daughter wanted for her Wedding. They also did a great foot massage and pedicure for both of us. The polish is till on 2 weeks later.

Just tried this new nail spa. Jasmine was wonderful, she gave me an excellent Mani/Pedi. This will be my new nail salon. I had been going to my previous salon in Natick for over 10 years, both under old ownership and new ownership, and decided due to treatment by management it was time to move on. Everyone at UK Nails is friendly and do great work. Please give them a try, they will become your go to nail salon.
