She is extremely friendly and conscientious and always, always makes me feel right at home. The other staff at Uforia are really pleasant and welcoming. Had my hair done 2 weeks ago. I got a balayage from Debbie. She put high lights in the front. Which i told her I didn’t want. She put a 2 inches worth of blond in the front of my head that didn’t match the other colors she put in as well. It looked horrible. I went back to get it fixed and she just dyed over it. And 2 weeks later I can already see the blonde again. Will never go back and wish I could get the 150 dollars I spent on it back.

This a beautiful and welcoming spa, but Janis totally screwed up my color. She literally dropped a blob of bleach on the top of my hair accidentally and tried to style my hair so I wouldn’t notice. My husband saw it when I got home so I went back and she fixed it but never apologized. Also, I had to fix my own bangs because to say they were uneven is an understatement.

I got a gift card for my birthday and it was my first time here. I loved it! I had a pedicure manicure and facial. I left there feeling amazing .the atmosphere is perfect and the people who work there a so super nice. I will be going back for sure!!!
