I came to this place about three years ago I was calling around to get prices on tanning services. What I found out is that everyone around pretty much averages the same. What stood out to me the most about this location was Fam and her kind customer service. Taking her time to speak with me, making sure I understood every information that was given to me. I made a decision that this would be the place I would come to. I look forward to returning to this location after three years. Thank you Fam!

I am very disappointed with my mystic tan I received yesterday. My neck is completely patchy and already coming off. Prior to the appointment, I exfoliated and moisturized the day before. I am not sure what happened but I highly suggest you guys check your formula. I am off on a vacation today with a very uneven spray tan.

I got a mystic tan, dark colored with extra bronzer mist included. The color looks really great but the tan is very uneven. It’s much darker on the outside of my legs and arms then the inside, by many shades. I have used the mystic tan booth many many times at other locations so I know how to stand and what to do. This was my first time at Yucatán. It doesn’t look great because it’s so uneven. A little disappointed

Employees are mostly friendly and fast, the manager is awesome. Wish they had more than one of the lowest level bed and the price for the lowest membership was more inline with my past salons. Nice you can go to any of the locations. Always clean and plenty of parking.

They over charge you here. Make sure to keep track of the amount they take out of your card. The tanning salon tells you one price and then the accounting department tells you another and then they fix there problems so fast that there’s nothing you can do about it since there’s no proof. So I didn’t notice until three months later I was being over charged. Don’t tan here or any other salons.

I lost a very expensive personal item at the Garfield location. I notified the girls (Danielle and Katie). Upon my Return I found the girls on their hands and knees searching extensively to locate it. They found my item and I have it back in my possession. I was very impressed by how thoroughly they searched; their thoughtfulness, customer service, (not only that day but every day I have been in there) !! I want to thank them both. I love U CA TAN! It has been a life saver for me utilizing their infrared saunas. I have been on a long term detox and the infrared therapy has allowed me to feel better, have more energy, be more fit, and sleep better! As everyone else has reviewed- the facility is very clean, the staff very friendly, polite, and accommodating. I never have a problem getting an appointment. I also utilize the red light therapy beds which is rejuvenating for the skin. I highly recommend U CA TAN at Beach & Garfield, also at Bella Terra, and there is one at Warner & Springdale, all in Huntington Beach. I have visited all 3 of these locations and used their infrared and red light therapy. Commendations for the manager- Danielle, she is a doll!

If your looking to use the sauna, don’t waste your time. Outrageous pricing for a 45 minute session. The sauna takes 30 minutes to heat up… You’re better off taking a hot shower.
