Critical: Professionalism, ValueI went as a walk in this evening at 4:30 I wanted to get my nails done for Christmas. I was sat immediately which I liked everything was clean and nice up until my associate used the Dremel and file. She rubbed my fingers raw, it’s been almost 4 hours and my fingers hurt so bad. One of the male associates was standing really close to me and made me uncomfortable to the point my husband had to come inside. I went as a walk in this evening at 4:30 I wanted to get my nails done for Christmas. I was sat immediately which I liked everything was clean and nice up until my associate used the Dremel and file. She rubbed my fingers raw, it’s been almost 4 hours and my fingers hurt so bad. One of the male associates was standing really close to me and made me uncomfortable to the point my husband had to come inside. Definitely not worth the $43 I paid!!

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went here for my sisters birthday, we scheduled two acrylics, one gel, and one pedicure. We got there and either they had forgotten the pedicure or they didn’t hear us but either way they weren’t prepared for a pedicure. So my boyfriend ( the one getting the pedicure) was told to sit in the chair and wait, they filled the tub with water and he sat there waiting. It was an hour until they even got to him, and the water was cold. Not to mention when they finally did get to him they rushed the job and used a pumice stone on the TOP of his feet. He had awful red scabs on the top of his feet for at least a week. I got my acrylics done that same day and a few of the nails were crooked and the color of the nails on one hand was a completely different color on the other. I’ve gone to this place for years and usually they do a great job but the last few times they’ve really dropped the ball. Recently there’s even been as long as a 30 minute wait even if you have an appointment time. I just went and got mine done again and multiple nails were crooked, and the shape was completely wonky. One nail was so bad I had to fix the shape myself at home. I had showed them a design and tried to explain what I wanted multiple times but the end result looked nothing like what I wanted and she charged extra for a design I didn’t even ask for nor did I want. I broke one of the nails shortly after getting them done and came back for them to fix it, they fixed it and the acrylic was applied too thick, not to mention it was done in a completely different color now I have one nail that is orange while the others are pink. I went here for my sisters birthday, we scheduled two acrylics, one gel, and one pedicure. We got there and either they had forgotten the pedicure or they didn’t hear us but either way they weren’t prepared for a pedicure. So my boyfriend ( the one getting the pedicure) was told to sit in the chair and wait, they filled the tub with water and he sat there waiting. Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI did not like the service, and the lack of cleanliness in the shop. I paid for a sugar rub and then a mask rub on my hands and feet. The associate conducting my manicure rubs both products (mask and sugar rub) together as one and then began applying on my hands and arms. Also, I paid for a 10 minute hot stone foot massage, but I believe she used it for about 2 minutes. I was so annoyed and fell like I paid 95 dollars for nothing. The nail tech had to redo 2 of my nails ( I changed the color because the clear turned brown, and second nail she made the mistake) I will not be returning. I don’t believe they were being rude, but their service is something that I will not recommend.I did not like the service, and the lack of cleanliness in the shop. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualitySonny & Tony are my favorite, although everyone there is awesome. I love getting my pedicures there, normally with Sonny. Love the attentiveness, and really puts work into making me feel relaxed. Reasonable prices for the work done. Always good music also. Thank you for the amazing job guys.
