Wax is great, she always makes sure I am comfortable and okay. She is always respectful, sweet, addresses my concerns, and never makes me feel rushed. She is beyond down to earth and her prices are so affordable for amazing work. Took about ten minutes for my Brazilian this morning, and she didn’t miss a hair! The lady in the salon that cut my hair gave a terrible haircut. Just because there were a couple of people waiting in line after me, she felt very rushed and very sloppily cut my hair. She was done in a matter of minutes, and she seemed to be in a great hurry to get to her next client. I had to tell her that I did not like the way that it looked and told her specifically what to fix. She seemed a bit put off when I told her this, and she very hurriedly made the adjustment. Even after the adjustment, my hair still looked terrible. I felt it was at a point beyond repair and did not even ask her to fix it again. I ended up paying $15 for the haircut with a $2 tip- a total of $17. For the price, the haircut was not at all worth it. I feel as if I could have done a better job by myself at home. I will not be going to this salon ever again, and I suggest you do not either.

Nothing special about the salon itself, but the quality of the hair services is very good. The owner had been there for a very long time and has a lot of clientele and even takes walk ins… She also rents space part time to my favorite stylist and I’ve been seeing her for 18 years.

Perhaps OK for a trim but worth avoiding for any more ambitious haircut. They took off next to nothing before declaring my haircut finished. I would have asked for more but cutting inspired so little confidence that I was set on damage limitation by that point. Will have to go to another salon later this week – waste of $20.

This place is a must! Ask for SHADIA! She is the best at waxing in the Bay Area hands down. And trust me, I’ve been everywhere. She really cares about giving a clean finish with no hair left over and has been doing this for 20 years so consider her the master at it!

Overpriced and does a terrible job. I went to her a few times because her store took cal debit. She’s sloppy and has random strokes and trims eyebrows slanted. Now that it doesn’t even take cal debit it’s not worth it.
