Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityVERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Very poor English and communication skills! During my session, her phone rang and she answered it and left the room! When she returned she did not apologize! Then she left a SECOND time! The draping is very unprofessional, use a paper thin sheet that barely covers and has your parts exposed! The room is chilly and there is no bolster placed under your knees. The music that is playing in the background is a Chinese tune.My massage was cut shorter than the one hour and she did NOT make up for the times she left!!!
