I got a manicure at this place today. The lady that did mine was rude and insulting (she thought I could not understand but I did). The manicure was painful and truthfully the worst experience I’ve ever had. Funny enough when I asked who manager of the salon was, nobody knew who he or she is.

I went there on Monday with my friend. Both of us had the dip powder manicure. Same color. My friend nail already broke yesterday on the side, while my manicure is holding it is discolored as applied poorly. While there, my friend noticed that the workers weren’t pleasant. We both won’t come back. Don’t waste your money there for dip powder. Also the dip powder we both asked did not match the sample we picked from. Once at the register, we checked, one of the tech that did our nails, while she saw it didn’t, she apologized and said that indeed they misplaced the matching #, what would she like us to do? Seriously, we both paid and tipped them as we felt error do happen though this was a disappointment. Worst part is I commented during first coat being done that it seems color didn’t match the one we selected, both techs told us that it wasn’t all done yet so color would show afterward. Again once done and asked to check, compare color to sample we selected from, it was clear they used the wrong color. Be warned.

I paid $55 for a full set of tips with dip. 4 tips were cracked down the middle less than 4 days after I got them done, and one completely snapped off. Service was great and they looked really good while they lasted, but the quality sucks. Would not reccomend.

Such a cute and classy place! My no chip polish has lasted for more than 2 weeks now and that’s saying a lot since I’m a hairstylist and I’m constantly having my hands in water. Great service as well!

I was there for a pedicure the girl who did it completely forgot the message, jacked up my nails and the polish was super sloppy. Also she never asked if I was ok or how i wanted my nails. Very unhappy!

Rude, talked about customers in their language, didn’t listen when I said I had acrylic with gel polish, then ruined my nails, scheduled appointments for us and then took four people before us (we were on time), tried to overcharge another group while we were there and tried it on us when we checked out. Won’t ever go back.

Rude staff, could not even compromise with a simple appointment . Also they did not have upgraded utensils to satisfy their customers . I was told that they could not do gel nails or toes as I was staring at the gel polish . Simply lazy !!
