They rushed with “cutting my cuticles” for my gel manicure and when i asked them whats up with the oil they (every manicurist place) usually add on before pushing back cuticles and cutting, they said they dont use it for gel. Ive been to many places and they use it everywhere else. Meanwhile, they took their time with the LOCAL long island lady next to me. I shouldnt have tipped her the $3 that i did!

Definitely overcharged for cucumber spa and gel polish. My manicurist did a poor job of the pedicure as I had to keep pointing out to her what she has missed. No scrub giving of the feet just a light buff. The 10 minutes massage lasted longer than the whole pedicure itself! Wanted a mani too but after the attitude given for the feet I changed my mind. Not sure I’ll be spending my money or time here again. Gave 2 stars because of cleanliness and nothing else.

I never get my nails done. I have never gotten powder before so I figured I would try this spot as it is close to my job. I was not familiar with the process and I didn’t realize it was going to be a little painful (till I heard from others that it’s not supposed to be). After I paid and left and went to work I noticed three of my fingers were bleeding. She drilled so hard around my nails that the skin became raw and now I have scabs around my nails on my left hand. No wonder why it stung! Also- less than a week and two of my nails have already decently chipped. It was a very unfortunate experience (esp as I NEVER pay for manicures let alone powder) and I definitely will not be getting my nails done there again. 🙁

I really wanted to like this place because it’s in such a convenient location for me, but unfortunately they were unprofessional and rude. I’ve gotten powder manicures before and I’ve never experienced bleeding. This woman filed so aggressively that multiple fingers were bleeding at the end of the process. The application was a bit sloppy and very painful. They did apologize, but didn’t attempt to take anything off the price of the manicure. 24 hours later and my fingers are still sore. I won’t be returning.

Horrible. Got a pedicure, asked her to buff my heels more, I got attitude. I asked for a coat of clear gel on my nails they want to take my polish off. Then she started to file the color off my nails which where done prior. Last nite my feet were itchy as well as still rough until I buffed them out!

horrible. would never come back, it’s been 5 days of having my acrylic nails on & one came off already. the shape of the nails are uneven and the surface of the nails are uneven. AND everyone working there is extremely rude. doesn’t even deserve one star.
