I had been here 1 time before back in March and they did an awesome job, so I made an appointment for 2pm on a Saturday to get my nails done for my upcoming baby shower. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time and was seated at a nail station right away. I had 2 different people work on my nails. The first was a man who was very nice, very friendly and we had good conversation while I was at his station. He put the nail tips on, did the acrylic and filing and sat me at a different station to get the design I wanted on my nails. The person who did the design was a woman who was also very nice and friendly. I wanted a 3D flower design on each ring finger nail and she did a beautiful job. One of the best set of nails I’ve ever had done. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end and I will absolutely be back for my fill in. I don’t think I’ll ever go to a different salon. Great customer service and the place was very clean as well. I HIGHLY recommend this place. THANK YOU, UV SPA NAILS!!!

My mom got a pedicure and they told her they couldn’t do the nail art she wanted and it was just a flower. Overall my nails turned out good – I just got gel nails, nothing fancy. I did have to wait 45 min to even sit in the chair, and it didn’t seem clean, and organized.

I typically don’t complain, but I have to say by far I wasn’t impressed with the tech who did my nails. Went with my friend and hers were beautiful but I ended up with what looked like dollar store press on nails. I expressed that I didn’t like them a couple times while they were being done and still ended up with something completely different than what I asked for. Not to mention that this was one of the most expensive nail sets I have ever paid for based on what I got. My only suggestion is that if the techs working there are going to do horrible jobs then you shouldn’t be charged full price for what you get because I definitely didn’t get a $75 set of nails!! Only giving 1 star because I have to!

This is my 2nd time here and I truly love this place. The environment is inviting and the eldest woman with the glasses who did my pedicure was amazing!! Her massage made me emotional as if she was my mum and She was so caring and she helped heal my aching feet. I fell asleep as she nurtured me into another work week. The young man who did my nails was amazing as well he massaged my hands to supple softness and my nails were exactly how I asked.

I’ve been a regular here for quite some time. Few bad experiences but after this last time I say NO MORE to this place. They are so over priced. I payed $110 for a full set that I expressed I did not like. My set was too thick and the design that I wanted was not fully delivered. I usually have my go to nail tech here but when I arrived she was not there. I settled for who was and knew it was not going to turn out well. My nail tech took forever in which the owner took notice and switched me to her chair to finish me up. I expressed that I did not like my nails and why. She proceeded to take a picture on my nails to say see they are nice, no. I couldn’t believe how much I was charged for such a bad nail set. I’ve had more design and longer nails for $85. I’ve recommended so many people here and will no longer do so. It was a slow opening morning so I am not sure if that was a factor in how much I was charged. So disappointed I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

Review from my wife: This place is great; friendly people, quality gel mani/pedi, good pricing. I’m giving it 4 stars because I wasn’t overly impressed with the atmosphere, specifically the fact that it seemed disorganized (lots of supplies lying around, as well as a disorganized “check-in” process.) They also could benefit from a refresh of the decor/furniture. But with the positive things mentioned, I would definitely come back if I am ever in the area again.

I normally go to a different place but they were too busy to get me in. I had acrylics that needed to be taken off and they shoved a nail tip under the acrylic to remove them which was extremely painful, damaging to my nails, and they charged me for a soak off. I actually do acrylics in my down time so I know how to form them and all of the processes. And their form was terrible there’s no apex which is absolutely necessary with longer nails like the ones I had and they are definitely going to break because of that. And the nail art (which was just a French tip) took an hour and still looked terrible. Never coming back. They were super nice people but they aren’t good at what they do and having to pay for a soak off when I never got one was a scam
