I have been a client at U-Turn for at least 5 years. My experience is predictably very good. Exceptionally clean, very friendly staff, and hair designers for every taste! There have been occasions when I needed “hair help” quickly and my usual stylist is busy.. No one is offended if I make an appointment with whomever is available at the time of my self-imposed crisis.

I cannot sing the praises of this salon any louder even if I wanted to. I went in in tears unhappy with a disaster cut from another salon and they took great care of me. The staff are friendly and approachable and the hairstylist they paired me with worked magic to turn something I couldn’t manage or make look pleasing to the eye look absolutely stunning! Skot was fantastic and has an amazing talent and I would definitely recommend him especially if you need a style fixing. Thank you everyone there

I have been coming her for years and have always left more than satisfied. Kasie has done excellent styling for both my junior and senior proms. I routinely come to Kasie for a simple cut but have never left hating my hair. Before U-Turn I went to other name brand salon for example Holiday Hair and never liked what they had done. U-turn is very inviting, the staff is friendly, and you’ll always leave there feeling great and with exactly what you wanted. I recommend this salon to everyone and will continue to come here for many more years.

I came to U Turn because I followed my hairdresser after he left another salon. I have been nothing short of amazed by how well this salon is run. U Turn is very inviting…all of the staff are very friendly. The receptionist/shop manager is rarely ever sitting down…she is always buzzing around checking in on clients…employees…and constantly up and cleaning the floors. They also focus on plant based products that are not harmful to your hair. Beyond amazed!!!
