Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityBased on the website and the pictures, this spa interested us greatly and we were very excited about it. When we walked in, everything looked very nice, just like the pictures. The center was clean and everything looked as promised. Very quickly though we began to see issues. We were bothered by the fact that there is no door that directly closes in the sauna space. There was just simply a curtain and it felt as though there was no privacy (although we had done the sauna rental, expecting privacy). There is an outside door that we asked to close, however we got some push back and found that the door was left open. The glass door to the steam sauna itself was unfinished. There was a gap letting out air and only after asking, were we given a rag to stick into the door for it to close. Looked very unfinished and unprofessional. The heater inside the sauna works very bad. It does not get very hot and once it gets to about 85, it sends the temperature back down. Despite all of this, we were ready to look past these flaws as we were hoping to return to do the infrared sauna. However, we decided to not come back because most importantly the service (by who we think is the owner of the sauna) was atrocious. This person was very unprofessional, negative, and used curse words which was so unpleasant to experience since we were hoping to relax during our visit to this sauna.P.s. The person who acted in this way did not give any kind of discount or other option as compensation for the uncomfortable experience and he did not even apologize for his unkind actions.
