I am going to go back to get a refund today. Had a gel nail manicure done. She took the Dremel and smoothed a few nail tops down but not all of them. Then she started painting them without asking me to wash my hands. Table was dirty and gritty, my hands were resting on other people’s shavings. She didn’t polish it all the way down to the nail bed, and she was very sloppy with the top coat. When it came time for the massage, she slapped a little lotion on top of just my hand and pushed it around, but that’s it. The worst ever.

I went here today and I honestly had a good experience. Great service everyone was super nice, I also love the way my nails came out but the reason I wanna give it a 3 star is because the pricing was a little overpriced for me and another thing was that he only used one coat of nail polish so it makes it so that you can see through my nail which I didn’t notice until I left and also one is just a little bit crooked but I don’t really mind there’s always one a little off. But yeah that’s just my thought on it.

They did a good job, but overcharged once they saw my car, with no explanation. I got a deluxe pedicure, which was $50 with gel. A full set of “solar nails” with four nail designs. She charge me $165. She continued to talk about how I was so luxurious, and had all kinds of money. I won’t go back. Do not recommend!

So I went to U.S Nail to get my shellac removed, get a new color and a manicure. First off, the tech was a little rough with me. Secondly, half way through the service I realized he didn’t speak any English. I guess that’s why after I kept saying my nails was too thick he just looked at me in a weird way and continued.. Then, my manicure was him dripping my fingers in water without placing any cuticle softer. Cut my cuticle after they were in the water for 20 seconds.. I paid $90 for my nails.. I will NEVER EVER go back there..

Took my friend for a mani-pedi. On the phone quote was $75.00 each, okay. Filed my nails to nubs and made my friends square . Went to reconcile the bill and it was $240! Apparently they asked us something about the paint, but we couldn’t understand them. Come to find out, it’s $20 each for paint. Thought paint was part of the package, oh well. Impersonal, over priced and unhappy with the result! We’ll definitely not be going back.

Decided to try a new place. US Nails came highly recommended but I was not impressed. I had a pedicure and the lady who did mine asked me 4 times what kind I wanted then had the lady next to her ask me twice. It felt like they were trying to get me to upgrade because I just wanted a basic pedicure. For the most part it was not a pleasant experience. It was painful. She cut me twice. One bled a good bit and if that wasn’t bad enough, the paint job was terrible.

Screwed up the reservation for my wife and daughter’s, used the wrong color for my wife’s nails and completely ruined them and didn’t even bother to give a full manicure. And lastly, they moved my wife’s walker without asking and didn’t bother to bring it back. Horrible experience. Won’t be back. Buyer beware. Manicure

I got French tips and they’re not even that good. The tips of my nails look dull too me & my nails on my right hand is longer than my left. My nails are starting to look pinkish also. I still gave them a tip even tho I think they didn’t deserve it. My nails don’t even look like $70 worthhhhh they look more like $40
