They were nice . However, I paid $45 for a gel pedicure and didn’t receive a hot towel or foot and leg scrub like most salons in the area offer for that price . The polishing was okay but not up to my standards of what I think pristine , neat polishing would look like . She wet them after they were painted . I’ve never had that happen before . I stayed under the UV light longer than 60 seconds which I suppose is the recommended time frame to be exposed to that light in 2-3 intervals to make sure the gel is dry. That didn’t happen like that though. I guess it’s what happens when you cheat on your nail tech. Overall the experience was good , mediocre at best , certainly not great and what I expected.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came here last minute to get my nails done for cap and gown pics tomorrow morning at school. When I called they were nice and allowed me to make an appointment for 6pm even though they were closing at 6:30. I got acrylics with gel polish, found the perfect color, and they turned out amazing! I’m so happy with the finished product! My sister and I ended up staying til 7pm and they were patient and talked with us personally. I came here last minute to get my nails done for cap and gown pics tomorrow morning at school. When I called they were nice and allowed me to make an appointment for 6pm even though they were closing at 6:30. I got acrylics with gel polish, found the perfect color, and they turned out amazing! I’m so happy with the finished product! My sister and I ended up staying til 7pm and they were patient and talked with us personally. I 100% recommend this place and will definitely be returning!!

The staff is friendly. I wanted a gel overlay over my natural nail, but I ended up getting acrylic nail tips with gel polish. Not what I wanted, but luckily, my nails looked good afterward. The prices are higher than most salons in the area. I was a little shocked by the final price. It was much more expensive than I thought it would be because I ended up paying for something I didn’t ask for due to a miscommunication.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe lady hung the phone up in my face. The whole issue could have been explained better but she told me 4:30 initially and when I asked for a pedicure she said to come at 3:30. With traffic and Easter I was late. However, all she had to say was that I would need to reschedule or something similar to that effect. Instead, she slammed the phone down without giving me an opportunity to explain. Listen, go where you want to go, but there are certain establishments who think too highly of themselves and too little of others. This was clearly inappropriate behavior for a business. The acrylics themselves look good but… the man who did my nails was kinda rough.. especially with the electric file around my cuticles. Three nails bled, and all of them are irritated.
