Told the nail tech several times, my nails filed going to the side. She still did not fix it. After she painted them, told the woman at the front about how I didn’t like my nails. I’ve been visiting this salon for several years. The best nail tech left over a year ago, so I continued visiting due to the convenience and my comfort. Well, yesterday was officially my last visit! This place excels in quantity over quality. I paid $45 for a 15-minute pedicure (including polishing time)! I then visited a nail tech for a fill and she asked if I had gotten my nails done there recently. I told her yes and pointed to the man who did them. Out of curiosity, I asked her about a color and she answered very snappy and loudly. I told her I understand and was just simply asking a question. My nails were not done to my liking and I mentioned that and she got an attitude. At this point I was ready to go! I immediately paid my bill and left without tipping. This is a salon to visit for quick and poor quality service!

This place is getting horrible. I’ve been going there for a few years now and I get it they had to increase cost but I am so disappointed so I’m going to search for another Nail Salon. My nails are a mess. I don’t understand why the nail tech put tips on top of my real nails. He said it was better for my nails but I had to go back the next day and have him to cut my real nails from under the tips because dirt was in between my nails and the tips. Ugh yuck. Also I let this lady do my pedicure who I knew doesn’t do a good job, so I took a chance and allowed her to not only do a horrible job on my toe polish but cut one of my toes. My nails were supposed to be coffin shaped and not all of them were.

I got a pedicure on Saturday and that evening my gel polish came off 2 of my toes. I immediately start calling and haven’t spoken with anyone yet. The service was done so fast but guess what now my big toe has been sore for the last couple days I can’t even wear my shoe. This has not been a good experience at U. S. Nails

The worst shop ever!!! I was visiting MS so I decided to get my nails done. I did a simple gel fill in. Paul did it so quick it looked like I still needed a fill in. I chose 2 colors but after he did 2 nails I said can I change the color. He had an attitude & slapped the nail palettes down to me. I asked his opinion & he got an attitude with that. After he finished with the gel he slapped the oil all over my hands & nails. I’m like dude how am I supposed to get my card to pay with all this oil on so he basically throw a cloth napkin at me. If Paul didn’t want to do nails he didn’t have to but this was the WORST SERVICE & WORK IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. NEVER WILL I RETURN
