Great local nail salon in downtown Redmond. The nail techs are friendly, inviting, knowledgeable, and fast. The salon could use an interior remodel, but the price for services is great and relatively affordable compared to other high end salons. If you’re looking for an every other week simple salon for your usual acrylic fills and pedicures, this is your place! I love this nail salon, they always do a fabulous job with my nails. My one complaint is that the past 3 times I’ve gone, their gel colors applied are SO much different than the samples on the palette. It’s becoming disappointing to choose a color and it’s not even close to what I was expecting from looking at the samples. The plum color I chose from the palette ended up being magenta and the crackle lilac and black was just clear with purple glitter…bummer

I had an appointment and still had to wait a half hour for a tech. Then I sat in the pedicure chair for 20 minutes before the person who sat me could begin the service. The polish color didn’t match the sample and the tech tried to find a comparable one. During the manicure, I had to have several nails fixed because the polish was lumpy, applied in uneven layers, and missing on part of the nail. The nail tech insisted I had a hangnail and when I pulled back in pain when my nail bed was cut he rolled his eyes. I still have paint around my fingers and toes but I didn’t complain because of how many things I already to correct.
