I came to get a pedicure. They started doing my toes and the lady told me what pedicure I was getting. She pointed to the $50 so I assumed that’s the only option they had. The lady next to me got to pick which pedicure she wanted which was not offered to me. Not to mention she barely did anything for a pedicure such as trim my cuticles or massage my feet/legs. I got regular polish on my toes because I wasn’t trying to spend as much. I needed one acrylic nail replaced on my big toe because I get those done on my big toes and it came off after I jammed my foot. I understand that could cost extra but I walked out spending $75 for a “pedicure” with not anything done but regular polish and an acrylic nail on one big toe. They was also trying to force me to get my nails done. They took advantage of me and just wanted more money than what the service was worth. I’m highly disappointed with this place and will not come back. Do not recommend. You can see the polish on my skin and the uneven nails. If I could give a 0 I would.

I had been going to another Salon in Harrison, OH for a year! but left them after a bad experience (abusive owner/nail tech). I was fairly new to SNS and thought they did a good job. That is until I came to US Nails where I was treated well and came away with beautiful nails, including a manicure to cut away cuticles, which my former salon NEVER did. So a bad experience lead me to a much better Salon. Emmy was my nail tech! Highly recommend!

I have been here many many times. The first couple of times were great when they first opened. But every time I’d get the same nail polish just different color and the price was different every time. And everyone is pretty rude and they rush. They don’t care about doing good cause they only want their money! This place has went down hill! I will no longer be going there!

I am beyond mad with this place. I got sns with tips done about four days ago…anyways it literally cracked in the middle of my nail already on two of my nails it wasn’t like it was the tip… I paid $80 for plain sns with no design just one color. mind you when they broke i was typing an essay not doing anything that would break them. Had a horrible experience. Nails looked awful. She filed them to a point, they were rough around the edges and then the nail polish has streaks and lines in it, also nail polish on my skin she didn’t even try to clean up. Smugged nails everywhere because she bumped me but didnt remove the polish and start over but painted over it. Worst mani and pedi ever. It was awful, will never spend money here again.

They have poor customer service skills. My lady talked constantly to the one doing my Husbands pedicure. Never asked me anything, just pointed to put my feet in and take them out. No lotion n oil,no lavender and we paid for the $50 one. My legs and feet were as dry when we left as they were when we entered. The massage there is non existent. I was a Nail Tech and know what a foot and leg massage entails. I will never go back. We go every 3 months but this time was it.

Was not very happy with the service the staff was completely rude. They kept pushing me to pick a color when i wasn’t ready and when I did they gave me the wrong one . When I tried to tell the woman doing my nails she said it was the right one which in fact it wasn’t and looked nothing like the color I picked.The nails I got were for prom and now won’t match with my dress. The lady who did my nails also got nail glue all over my fingers from putting the tips on and put the sns on my nails to thick now they are chunky. The prices are very high as well I would not recommend this place. So many girls that are going to my prom who went here are very upset about how bad their nails look. Very unhappy about my experience and will not be coming back.
