I get my nails done every two weeks and I like to try new places every so often. This place by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My co-worker gave me a gift certificate for a pedicure and while that was decent the manicure I got was god awful. Not only did my nails come out looking awful but they mine as well look like I never got them done. The lady’s name that did my manicure was Dawn I believe. She took two different clients in the middle of my manicure leaving me sitting there waiting with my nails half done. She also rushed her way through my nails so much that she made 3 of my fingers bleed. She asked me where I usually go and tried to tell me I shouldn’t be going there and I should come to her while she’s rushing the heck out my nails. Then when I go to pay her and ask for change from a 100$ bill she goes “oh you’re rich huh” which in my opinion is just a rude question! One of the clients she took was an eyebrow wax and she came back to me with wax all over her fingers and thus got it all over mine. I asked her to fill in my nails all the way to the cuticle and she tried explaining that it looks better if she doesn’t (it looks like my nails are two weeks grown out and I just left the shop)… she didn’t trim my cuticles at all and I specifically asked her to clean them up, all she did was shove them back very aggressively. When I asked where the pedicure guy was so I could tip him she insisted twice that she would give it to him if I just gave it to her. I’m apauled with the terrible service I just paid for on top of how awful my nails look.

Honestly I should have read the reviews prior to coming to this salon. I genuinely do not know how this salon is still open. I ended up having to paint my own toes to at least walk out with them somewhat presentable. Which was absolutely ridiculous. I spent 2 and a half hours NO EXAGGERATION just to be disappointed.

This place is horrible!!! I have always got powder dip nails and I know what they are suppose to look like. I asked the lady before she started that I like my nails thin. She dipped my nails 7 times. NO ONE EVER DIPS 7 TIMES! Once she finished dipping my nails that they felt like hard cement I mentioned to her that it was too thick. She said not to worry she will file them down. She barely filed them down and did it all with a Manuel filer. My nails looked like turtle shells. It was also uneven and it felt like mountains. I have never been sos disgusted of my nails. I was so upset and left but I couldn’t take looking at my nails. I came back and spoke with the manager she claimed my nails looked beautiful. These people also instead of top coat put gel on top of power which made them soft. I will never come back. I eventually went back to my original nail place and they fixed my nails as much as they can. These people do not know how to do nails.

My daughter and I go here twice a month for pedicures. Most technicians do a very good job… some are better than others. But for the price, it is a great experience and the owner is very personable. Not a luxury salon, but good people. Ask for Anna… she’s great for pedicures.

I typically don’t go out of my way to do a review, but I NEED to say stay FAR away from this nail salon; there are plenty of others in close proximity. This place is awful. Im grateful that my nail tech was in a rush so she didn’t use any tools on my real nails or cuticles. All of there products are watered down. Everything, including there disinfectant, has dust and grime. This is the worst manicure I’ve ever had, and now I remember why when I come home I use the other salons.

HATE THIS PLACE. The OWNER of all people did my nails, so I figured she knows what she is doing. She doesn’t, her name is Tee. I went to get a dip it fill and I originally had a white color. When you go get a fill for dip its, you can change your color. She wanted to charge me extra to change my color so I told her I would just keep the one I had… she put a different color on ( she said she would do me the favor) so INSTEAD of changing the color, she just added a new color on top and you could still see the white underneath and I asked her to fix it and she did not. The shape is not how I wanted it and she pretended she did not understand me, and I was really polite when I asked her to please fix the shape. I ended up paying and did not tip because I was not happy. I asked if she could fix it the next morning and she said yes come in, ill put nail polish on the white edges and make them better…………… I could go on all day. I just want what I paid for and I am completely disappointed.
