I got a simple gel manicure and pedicure for $75.00 and it came out pretty decent . Staff were very friendly so I’ll rate it 3 stars. However, I wish that they offered more services pertaining to a customer’s hands and feet(i.e types of soaks, exfoliation, moisture) especially for the price. I also don’t think that they sanitize their equipment frequently because later in the evening, my right big toe became irritated with some slight pain. Fortunately there was no infection but I would be weary of going back unless they make some changes.

Unsanitary, i got an infection in one of my fingers from the guy pushing my cuticles back with his own finger that looked dirty & i said something & it clearly was an issue.. what i got was nothing better than what my six year old could’ve done. The length is good & even but the acrylic on both ring fingers are COMPLETELY uneven. Overall it was terrible if you have the extra money need be GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Do yourself the favor. It’s not worth the cheap garbage this place has to offer.

I’ve been coming to see Bob and Tina to get my nails done since I was 16. Now in my 30s I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The salon is always clean and tidy. I’ve never gotten a fungus or infection from a fill, Pedicure or a brow wax. They are very nice and personable. Would recommend them to anyone.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThey were short staffed and I got an inexperienced worker who never does nails. I asked for a shorter length and my nails were 3 different lengths and am lucky I have all my fingers! When I addressed the issue with Tina she said it was a language barrier, however, that was not true as she told the worker 3 times in her language what I wanted. Funny how there is no language barrier when it comes time to pay. When I addressed the issue with Tina she said it was a language barrier, however, that was not true as she told the worker 3 times in her language what I wanted. Had a great experience. Recently moved into the area and have been looking for a good salon. I have tried other salons in the area and did not have the best experiences. However, I am glad I came here. I got a full set done on my fingernails. The gentleman (Bob) who did my nails was so wonderful. He was very informative and kind, plus I lovvvvve the way he did my nails. He made sure I liked the nails and didn’t mind making any adjustments. Prices were good too. I will be coming back here to have Bob to my nails again.

I wish I could rate them no stars. I went in for my first pedicure in over a year. This was supposed to be a nice, relaxing treat to myself before my c-section in 2 weeks. I went in, waited 30 minutes and from the time they took me back until they finished it was a whole 13 minutes!!!! Not to mention, it included nothing. She did absolutely nothing besides cut my nails and half ass paint them. She missed multiple spots. The entire time she was in nothing but a rush. My feet didn’t even get to soak for more than 2 minutes, no foot massage, no wax treatment and she didn’t even push down my cuticles. So bascially, I paid $25 for a horrible paint job and like two of my toe-nails she cut. A week later and I’m STILL upset. I could have paid less (or the same amount) and went elsewhere. I get it if they’re busy, but that doesn’t mean have us sit for over 30 minutes and then RUSH when I still had to pay full price. It was far from a nice time. I will never, ever be returning and I do not recommend them. Not for pedicures atleast-
