Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityLet me start off by saying that many of my family members have trusted this business for decades, and has never had an issue, but a couple weeks ago I called to make an appointment for a haircut and eyebrow waxing and got in fairly quickly, but the service was terrible. I’m not too picky about my hair nor did I want to leave this review, but after thinking about it I felt I needed to. The woman that cut my hair started off by washing my hair in very cold water, then when she took me back to the chair for the cut she repeatedly dropped the comb, brush, and scissors and carried on using them for MY hair without swapping them out for clean tools or even wiping them off which was very unprofessional and kinda gross. After the cut I reminded her I was getting my eyebrows waxed as well and she acted like she didn’t hear me, or she didn’t hear me, either way I made an appointment for both services (it did seem like my appointment was at her lunch time). I ended up paying twice what I normally pay for a hair cut and waxing at my regular beauty shop at US hair force just for a cut, not to mention one side is much longer than the other, the “long layers” I asked for looks terrible, and I left with wet, unstyled hair. Let me start off by saying that many of my family members have trusted this business for decades, and has never had an issue, but a couple weeks ago I called to make an appointment for a haircut and eyebrow waxing and got in fairly quickly, but the service was terrible. Made an online appointment. Unbeknownst to me or them, their system gave me a 15 minute appointment for a haircut. I arrived a little early, waited approximately 20 minutes, it took 10 minutes before they acknowledged me. About 15minutes after my arrival, another customer came in. As it turned out the hairstylist we were to see was double booked. The stylist, we were to see, was still working on another customer and already running behind. I was a little concerned, when I walked in. I took the double booking as a sign, that I was not meant to have my hair cut there. I will support one of the other shops in this area. Beware when using their online appointment portal. I did receive a confirmation text: Your appointment is Sat, Mar-26-2022, 10:30 AM with Linda Diekmann at U.S. Hair Force. See you soon Gerry Eslow.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have given this business 3 chances. First time was for my sons haircut the day of prom. It took them almost 2 hours to cut his hair and they messed it up. Second time I took my younger son for a cut. We were early for our appt and he still didn’t get in a chair for 45 minutes and it took another 45 minutes to cut his hair. When she was finished, it looked choppy and we felt we could’ve done better at home. I just walked in today to get some info about some hair products they had. I stood there for 10 minutes and although they noticed me, none of the women took the time to ask if I needed help.Very unprofessional and not the way you run a business. My first time here so I don’t remember my hair dresser but I went to get BLONDE highlights and she thought caramel would look better so she did what she wanted. Then they came out to look orange and I’ve had blonde highlights before so I know it can be done the right way. I don’t know what she did wrong but it doesn’t look the best. Not to mention the highlight didn’t even go down my full strip of hair nor all the way up to my roots! This cost me 120$ for looking terrible. She also applied so much heat to my hair when the highlights were done. I didn’t need my hair straightned. My hair is wavy and meant to be wavy.. How can a hair dresser that’s worked for 40 years not do highlights very good? I will be going back to my hair place total hair care as they do amazing!

Got my hair cut by Linda; she ignored me when I requested she not wash my hair because I had just washed it and didn’t want to dry it out. Proceeded to take me over to her chair, said the phrase “let me make sure these are clean” when she got out the clippers to shave my sides. Used the clippers like a timid deer. Got the tip of my ear in them. Got stared at by the staff. Not coming here again.
