Tyler Office Saturday~The entire staff from the moment I walked until I check out the service was very attentive! What I really appreciated was the fact that they valued my time. The wait was less than five minutes. I did have my paperwork filled out prior to my arrival. (It is available online for new patients). The nurse made sure to explain what the procedure for new patients. Within 5 minutes Kaylee the PA came in and she was professional and her bedside manner was great. I would highly recommend this dermatologist office and Kaylee the PA!

Lindale, Tx office. Check-in was easy. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and paperwork was easy. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. I got called back before my appointment time. Nurse tech was polite and professional. He listened to my concerns and shared them with the practitioner. The PA, Kalee was cheerful and easy to talk to.
