What a great experience! I drive an hour to get to this practice because the office staff and physicians are so lovely. They make you feel comfortable when you walk in the door. Dr. Shaw is very personable and she did a fantastic job on the procedures that I needed.

Dr. Chandela was very good with my elderly parents who had an appointment together. She listened and repeated information when necessary and was gentle and kind explaining things while she worked. My parents were new patients, and they liked her a lot.

Great, as always. The person at the front desk was personable and made me feel welcome, as did the person who talked with me in the exam room getting the info for the doctor. Dr. Chandela was wonderful, as she has always been. She does the exam and talks to me as she’s doing, both so I understand and for the assistant to make notes. I could not be more pleased.

Everyone at US Dermatology was pleasant, kind & professional. Dr. Chandela was gentle and thorough, explaining everything as she completed my scan. Fortunately, I got a clean bill of health, but I felt very comfortable asking a few questions, so if I had a problem I would have been happy with her care.

Didn’t even make it to the appointment. The customer service I received on the phone was so bad I canceled on the spot. I called first thing Monday morning. Their voice recording line says they open at 7:45 but no one answers until well after 8 anyway. Then the attitude towards people having skin issues just didn’t set right with me, especially if you’re the first person a customer speaks to. A. You’re not even the doctor so this is not your company and B. your attitude is ruining their chance of getting a new high paying customer. Not to say I enjoy having skin issues but I have them and have to see a dermatologist regularly, meaning more money for you long term. However, whoever is answering the phone here is setting the tone for the rest of the appointment and not in a good way. Do not call me back anymore. You hung up on me the first time and didn’t call back. You can’t try and make an effort with me after I cancel so please quit calling me. What’s done is done. Learn from this and do better next time. Perhaps have a sit down with your receptionists and remind them there are plenty of kind people out there looking for jobs.

Jack’s visit. All was smooth from reception to the assistant to the doctor. Annual assessment was thorough; freezing 2 spots and collecting 1 sample for evaluation. Explanations of what she was doing were clear. Strongly recommend a visit.

I have extreme “white coat” anxiety and it takes A LOT for me to be willing to go and see a physician. I have struggled with severe eczema my entire life and was referred to this office. Dr. Chandela and her staff (specifically Ramina and Michelle) were so kind and helpful. They took their time, showed empathy, and offered several options for treatment. I really appreciated the care and compassion they showed.

I have really good insurance. I somehow keep getting charged weird amounts when my appointment was months ago. It’s like I’m on some weird subscription when I already paid for my appointment plus an additional $70 and now several months later they’re asking for another $25. Do not give these people your credit card number.

Dr. Chandela and her Tech both introduced themselves to me. They explained how the appointment would go. Dr.Chandela and Tech both made eye contact with me. I thought the Dictor’s suggestions reasonable. I appreciated her rationale.
