I’ve had a similar experience to Carl. I live in Flower Mound, but the practice here is so lacking. Three times my appointments were cancelled because the only PA they have on staff had food poisoning, a family emergency for a week, then today they said she was at a training. I was sent to Grapevine for surgery—very happy with Dr. Condie and staff (should have continued to make the trip there), then rescheduled on the same day to Plano, they made an appointment for me in FM, I showed up and there was no appointment. I left at least four messages and finally heard from a nurse who said I had already left when she arrived. I received a card for an appointment at 8, but there was no record of an appointment. Each time I called, I was sent to a scheduling person who wanted to schedule me for an appointment a week away. By this time, I had been waiting three weeks and had an infection. I finally got my stitches out today and received a call from the surgeon. The incision doesn’t look good at all and has a huge scab. No one from the practice has apologized or acknowledged the poor execution of their duties. I am a teacher and have had to take off an get a sub for each of these appointment. I will not be returning to the US Dermatology practice and hope that no one else goes through the hell I did.

The front desk receptionist is so freakin rude!!!!! You might want to consider putting her somewhere where she is not customer facing! I’ll tell you what this is not a place I would recommend anyone to come to and feel comfortable. Do better in a world that’s already ugly!

Excellent experience with US Dermatology in Flower Mound. Dawn Wells was very thorough in her examination, and took the time to listen and provide guidance. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Highly recommend.

Lauren Hughes is terrific, I was a patient about 5 years ago, and then moved out of state for awhile before recently returning. I had other dermatologists while away, but none of them came close to the type of care that she provides. She is very easy to talk to, patient and knowledgeable. I have a great deal of trust in her abilities, and have always had positive results.
