How do you manage to chop off a third of a man’s mustache when squaring up his beard?! I’m very sad as he had great cuts here before. None of his current cut is neat, a trim took off over an inch and a half of total healthy hair length and the neck isn’t even clean. I refuse to have this service paid for, I called and asked for a refund and if I don’t receive it I’ll update this review. Used to love his cuts from this place but totally destroyed his healthy hair and ruined his appearance before a major life event. Thanks yall.

Before sitting down I asked if they could cut my hair bald to the skin. Shaved against the grain. Both were answered with yes. All I got was buzzed by shaver with stubble still present on head. I asked for shaving gel be used on my beard because of sensitive skin. The barber didn’t use shaving cream and continued to knick and shave leaving me with shaving bumps. I will not be visiting this barber shop again.

Always quick and amazing service! Very polite barbers and staff, an amazing waiting area and very colorful walls!! There is never a time where I am unsatisfied with a haircut! They have charging stations as well, and even a small area where you can purchase a snack or drink!

The guys in here are great. I have an autistic son who doesn’t do well with strangers but he loves going in here to get his hair cut. I would highly recommend that you try this place if you want excellent service

Great experience! My hair is low maintenance, just need the fringe cut lol, and I prefer scissors. Went in for the first time today and Jay was excellent! I definitely recommend. I had been going to Fantastic Sam’s all this time and paying far more. Too bad I am leaving FL in a month, but I definitely recommend Jay to everyone else. Great service and cut!
