Picture is not what I originally asked for. I was told only some techs do acrylic even though I made an appointment and told them over the phone what I wanted they said no problem. When it came time she said the acrylic tech would be 20 more min so I had to do SNS and couldn’t get the marble design I really wanted. Also they up charge for everything. Over all not terrible I’ll probably be back.

This is the second time I’m unhappy with the treatment at this place. They’re receiving an additional star because the women there are very sweet and it’s is a very clean location, who clearly takes sanitation seriously which is nice. However, the owner has been rude on numerous occasions. They also started taking off nails with metrocards which is so unprofessional. They never used to which is why I ended up going to them in the first place. I was still fine going along with it because of how nice they are and then they say they raised the card minimum to $20 after I already had this done. Meanwhile, I’m used to paying $10 for acrylic removal with my card and tipping them on there as well because their credit card minimum was $10. So, since I had no choice at that point, I essentially paid $20 to have someone rip off my acrylics with a used metrocard. Needless to say I’m done here.

I’ve been to this nail salon plenty times before even before they changed the name. I have been going for the last few weeks. But last Saturday they really turned me off. I walk in 3 nail technician sitting st their station with no customers, all I wanted was a regular manicure and was told if I do not have an appointment they could not take me. When confronted he LIED and said that he told you that someone else was doing your nails. Then ran in the back and hid while we paid because he did not want to speak to us!!! Love them! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I try to only get my acrylic fills done by Carol, and she’s popular so I have to make appts in advance, but that is not a problem because they are worth planning ahead for!

I used to go here all the time! Management took over and it went absolutely down the bucket. Very unprofessional… All of a sudden they “only take appointments”… I had an appointment with Max ..
