Called and requested pricing for a regular manicure. Was given a different price when I checked out. They said they charge an extra $8 for soaking my nails during a regular manicure. Should have known, since the woman who checked out right before me was told she needed to pay an extra $10 for them to cut her nails during a regular manicure. This is not the first time since they’ve taken over from Buff & Shine that they’ve done a bait and switch with charging extra at the end of a service. This is the 3rd time they did it, and I’m no longer patronizing them because they are in a convenient location. If you are honest, you will win loyal customers.

My pedicure was done very well! The prices are decent and within the normal range. They moved pretty fast for a busy lunch time area. You get a good amount of added features for a basic pedicure. Heel treatment, hot stone, extra calf massage, all very much worth the price. This is my go-to place now. Make an appoint if possible, it definitely stream lines the process. Even if calling 30min before.

Since the original owners Nicole and Monica sold the business, it’s a terrible experience! They are aggressive when doing your nails and quite rude! My nails had so much glue it was ridiculous! There was space between my nail and the tip which could make a fungus! I came back a few days later for a refund and was refused! And then when I would not give in refunded me $40 instead of $50 which I paid charged me $10 to soak of the mess that was on my nail! Shameful!
