My husband sees a specialist dermatologist here. Dr. Zone is a true professional with a long history of treating diseases. We have been very pleased with the treatment he has given my husband. In fact, we drive down several times a year for appointments (an almost 3 hour drive) because of the level of care.

I go to this office to get allergy serum for my local doctor to administer. Every time I need to reorder the serum there is one problem after another. The latest problem. Last Wednesday, my doctor faxed a request to get new serum. I would expect that that would be all that is required to get this going, but no, I have had problems in the past and knew I had to follow through with this. The next day, I called and asked if they received the fax. They did not or could not find it and said they would send a message to the right person to get this going and I would get a call next week. It is now Wednesday of the next week and I have not heard anything. I called and was told the person who I need to speak to is home sick. No one else there can help me. I don’t know if anything has been done on this yet. I have to wait another day to find out. Getting allergy shots is time sensitive. Every time I try to order serum I get the same or similar problems. I have 100% of the responsibility to get this done and people I call or try to see are not helpful. If you are thinking of a place for allergy injections, I do not recommend you go here.
