All I can really say is AMAZING!!!! She combined my sisterlocks into dreadlocks to save my locks. My sisterlocks were to small plus I have bleach blond hair and they were falling out. Yesha work hard on my head she spent 2 days 12 hours on my head and the end results is priceless. I love it and it is exactly what I imagined my hair to look like. My hair cost a pretty penny but it was worth it, plus you have to consider the time she spent on my head and making my dreadlocks, so it was well worth it. I thank you for your hard work and your time. I know it wasn’t easy but I thank you!!! You are very talented god blessed you with a gift, thank you!!

We are a loc restoration service, we also provide bald spot coverage services. Clients come locally and from out ofnstate for long appts of restoration of 4 hours to 12 hours clients do not ALWAYS know everything going on in the backs of their heads, so there are MANY surprise hours added to clients who pay over 500.00 for these services, they expect them to be done properly. Time is always variated due to locs sometimes taking 1 minute to 10 minutes PER LOC to fix properly without using glues, string, knots and other improper methods. We provide the best service. HOWEVER, because people still don’t know what they are asking or have difficulty conveying what they need ahead of time, things go over. We can’t send a client out the chair unprocessed, especially bald coverage clients. Some clients MUST return because of growth or repositioning issues. Most leave the chair the first time repaired, some must come back to get maintenance on that repair when new growth has occurred. To be bad mouthed EACH time a client doesn’t come back to adjust something(bald coverage and repairs need monitoring) they leave a bad review and never get the long term care they deserve. Such as the previous review. her sisterlocks were small, the tool doesn’t even fit between her locs but I added hair to condense and set the sisterlock, they became fuzzy and she didn’t come back, she complained.

My first experience was disappointing, my appointment was at 6pm I didn’t get in the chair until five hours later, to put the icing on the cake I asked for pipecleaners and she gave me sharpie width. I feel as though she purposely did that because she kept saying she was tired. How long have you been doing this? And you mean to tell me you don’t know how to schedule your appointments based on what takes long and what doesn’t. This is a real review I’m not sure about the other. It was my first there and it was a very good experience, Yesha did loc conversions on my hair. She has very good conversations and we watched a very good movie while getting my hair. She was very good on the pricing with me, I just want to say thank you for the experience with you at your shop. I have a mix of natural hair and relaxed hair so I wasn’t sure if locs would work out for me — but Yesha is great at what she does so she made it work for me! After hearing the conversation, I decided to leave my own review because these ladies are awesome! Even through a relocation they were still able to provide healthy clean and professional services. I don’t like to spend my time doing this but after the review was read outloud I felt I needed to speak up. Keep doing a good job ladies. If a client is awarethat you moved… there’s no reason as to why you should be showing up at the old location expecting services…. some people are simple ridiculous. This was my first time visiting this shop and my third attempt at starting locs. I had my starter locs installed by Star and I absolutely love them!! I finally got exactly what I wanted parting and size wise. Very satisfied!! Star had great energy and we had a great time. She also sanitized everything before using it with me. Yesha is extremely passionate and driven with her services and business. This was my first time with locs and my consultation with her allowed us to connect, for her to see my hair and know what she’s working with. All I did was took a picture of what I wanted and she ran with it. She purchased the hair for me so I didn’t mistakenly purchase the wrong thing. On appointment day, once she got started, she dove right in and she is super fast. I would definitely be returning for additional services with her. I would absolutely recommend calling for an appointment.

Overall, okay experience. The young lady that she had assisting her was very nice. But I felt like my wash could’ve been better (especially with having locs). I’m rating because since my retie I’ve lost 3 whole locs. Which, in all honestly are 50% my fault. When I reached out to the salon, I advised her that I had some thinning in my locs. And I also told her that taking on a new job I was super stressed, and I could tell which locs suffered the most. My retie was entirely too tight to the point it was little knots at the base of my interlocks. On top of the thinning I already had. Also with interlocs it’s very important not to end in that “Y” pattern since I’ve been told causes holes in the locs. All of them are like this. I just wish that if my locs were bad, tell me. If some are hanging on and skinnier than the others why not advise your client? I had been searching as a transfer client for 3 months before I settled with this shop.
