Did not get what I asked for. I asked for my nails to be cut three times, and they still are too long! Major gaps, and clumps in the acrylic. Corner of my nails are not filed down at all, and the polish is horrible. I asked for a natural look, and received 2001 shimmer nails. Paint smeared before I even got in my car. I definitely felt like it was a rush job because she wanted to get home. Did not receive the type of service for what I paid. Will not be going back there, and now I have to go home and fix them myself.

I walked in, and just wanted a pedicure. I warned Cindy ahead of time, my toes are all sorts of messed up. She smiled and pointed to the toes I had surgery on and said “doctor?” I said yes, I had a doctor work on those toes. She shook her head, and said “from now on, you come see Dr. Cindy. I take good care of your toes. I must say, her reflexology was spot on and it felt really good. Exactly what I needed to pamper myself a little bit. Thank you so much for making me feel so relaxed.

I would recommend you not go here. I went here because my normal nail teck from Tip Top Nails (Mimi who is fabulous btw) was on vacation and because it’s literally RIGHT down the road from my house so i didn’t have to drive to ecity on my day off. There was no lights on in the place the nail tech was finishing up someone’s nails. There was a man sleeping in the pedi chair who got very agitated when i came in. When the tech called me to her table the man huffed and puffed walked angrily threw the shop mumbled a bunch of words with a nasty tone (not English) and stormed out the front door. I’m already VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! The tech proceeded to tell me she is very tired and very hungry. I get that but mind you this is about 2pm in the afternoon! Maybe she wouldn’t be tired if she would cut the lights on just a suggestion! Telling a client your hungry and tired is not only rude and unprofessional but now i have to sit there the whole time and feel guilty. She was rough with my hands she piled the acrylic on my nails so thick i could actually feel the weight of it on my nails. She barley filed them. I refused to let her paint because i knew I’d have to go fix them myself. I got the feeling that she was doing a horrible job on purpose. If she didn’t want to do my nails all she would have had to say was no and i would have been fine with that, but to be treated the way they treated me was UNCALLED FOR! I’m sitting there the whole time wondering why anyone would ever come here. I had to go home and file my nails down and paint them MYSELF! she also charged me $40 for that! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN IF IT WERE THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH THAT DID NAILS I’D DO MY OWN!

I used to always get my nails done here when I had they money to do it regularly. I’m very sensitive when it comes to my skin and chemicals and never had any problems. I recommend giving this shop a try!

I go there just for Cindy to do my toes. I use to get ingrown in my toes. Cindy cuts my toe nail in a way that I dont get them anymore
