Edit: these nails started chipping after 1 day. I was absolutely devastated having chipped nails for my best friends wedding that happened 1 day after I got my nails done. My 10 year old daughter received the SAME gel manicure at FULL PRICE and they were completely fallen off by day 4. I know a child’s nails is not going to stay as long as mine but I paid $100 with tips only to have them chip and fall off within days. I’m on the hunt for a new nail salon again

Not great from the start. No one believed me that my nails were real. Sanded my nails down so far they went through one and broke it. Cut two of my cuticles, I was bleeding and appeared to just ignore it until the end. Was rough with the cuts so they kept reopening. If they nails came out better I would give two stars but I’m not even happy with them.

Jenny did a great job! My daughter showed her a photo off of her phone, and Jenny duplicated it perfectly! Very precise and focused while working. The shoulder massage is a nice touch…my daughter said it was the best part! Reasonable pricing and clean. Definitely would recommend.

Moved to windsor locks and had a hard time finding a new nail salon. A friend recommended this place and she wasn’t wrong, friendly staff that did an amazing job! Gel manicure and it included a paraffin wax and a massage for 35 dollars. Had a gentleman do my nails and he payed attention to detail it was amazing and will be returning again.

The entire staff was putting tools on the floor during pedicures, not sanitary. The service was okay and I enjoyed my pedicure. However, the man at the front desk was very rude and irritated when I showed up. We had an appointment but there was a miscommunication on the services requested and he seemed very annoyed. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. There is many other nail salons in Enfield, I suggest going to one that is cleaner and friendlier.

I used to love it here. But everyone uses their own fingernails to grip onto and paint your toes/fingers. So they keep a couple SUPER long fingernails on their own hands and it HURTS UNails, I love you guys but please understand that your long nails are PAINFUL when you dig them into our skin on our toes and hands . Critical: QualityI have gotten so many gel manicures and I’ve never had a gel manicure that didn’t last at least ONE week without chips. My nails were chipped after one day. I have gotten so many gel manicures and I’ve never had a gel manicure that didn’t last at least ONE week without chips. My nails were chipped after one day. I’m careful with my nails, especially after I get them done. I wanted them to look pretty for Thanksgiving which is why I got them done 4 days ago and multiple nails have already chipped. Definitely the best pedicure I’ve had in years. 5 Star experience, fantastic overall. I was pleasantly surprised by everything they did. This was truly a more spa like experience, it’s above and beyond a trip to a typical nail salon for a respectable price. I felt so relaxed after my services. I would highly recommend this salon.
