This place came highly recommended but ended up being extremely disappointing. They sold me terrible products then issued a partial refund and were extremely rude about it. I moved to NW KS over a year ago from the DC metro. Both Hays and Kearney are about an 1 1/2 from my new home. I’d found a place in Hays for Botox treatments but was shocked when they were nearly 400 dollars more than what I had spent in DC. I continued to go there, despite the fact I felt they were using too much. The last time I suggested less and was told they could but I would likely be dissatisfied. After that though, I resolved to find another provider for Botox. This brought me to U Med Spa. What a difference! From the way you are treated to the location itself. This gorgeous spa and the services provided are what you would expect to find in any major city. You feel transported when you walk in. The staff and owners are fantastic and personable people.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI went to U Med Spa for lip filler and absolutely love them! I told Brook I was nervous and only wanted a subtle increase in size and she did a great job. Very very happy with the size and natural shape. Honestly will go back to her every time!

After my friend had received her lips injections I fell in love with them and wanted to get my own! Walking in for my first appointment I was very nervous and shaking! Brook was amazing at helping me stay calm and talking me through the whole process. I hate needles so after a few pokes I shed a tear. Brook asked me if I was doing okay and said we could take a little break but that I was doing great the whole time! This was probably not true but it definitely made me feel better and more comfortable! After my final injection I was amazed and elated of what Brook had done! Growing up I was always self conscious of my tiny lips so something as small as this procedure made the world of difference to me and my confidence.
