She put me at ease right away and was incredibly informative helping me to make an informed decision on what is best for me. She was extremely professional and caring. It has been 5 weeks since my first appointment and I can honestly say I am seeing a change. Not only in my body shape, but in my motivation to go beyond the Cool Sculpting and increase my exercise and improve my eating habits and overall health. I’m looking forward to my next appointment not just for the fat reducing, but for the chance to visit with Shauna again. I went to U laser Med Spa and met with Shauna to explore Cool Sculpting. She put me at ease right away and was incredibly informative helping me to make an informed decision on what is best for me. She was extremely professional and caring. It has been 5 weeks since my first appointment and I can honestly say I am seeing a change. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityCame here about a few weeks ago, was my first time in a medical spa so I was a little bit nervous. The staff was super friendly and comforting! I waited less than 5 minutes before Amy greeted me and we did a consultation before making a decision that was best for me. She is SO comforting and I didn’t feel rushed whatsoever to make a choice on what I wanted. She was helpful and knowledgeable and honest! I ended up purchasing a full syringe for my upper and lower lip and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my results. I commuted from LA to see her because my friend said she was just the best! I have some photos attached. Super happy with my results and I feel beautiful!! Thank you Amy & the U Laser staff! Came here about a few weeks ago, was my first time in a medical spa so I was a little bit nervous. The staff was super friendly and comforting! I waited less than 5 minutes before Amy greeted me and we did a consultation before making a decision that was best for me.
