I go here to get gel manicures and color changes. I have been there twice and have had great experiences both times. They take their time with your nails and are not rough on them, they dont treat you like a number. I got a color change this time which was $25 with a $5 added matte. He still trimmed my cuticles and wax dipped my hands with a short hand massage as well. Will definitely be back and probably make this nail spot my new home! GREAT JOB!

If you want the best pedicure ever come here. I totally was surprised when a friend took me here. The hot stone treatment was the bomb. I choose the stay butter pedicure and when I tell you it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. The lady was so sweet and scrapped all the dead skin off. Can I tell you this was a amazing experience. I will be coming back in two weeks.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI just got back from U & I nail salon and I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. My family and I have been going here for many years now. They started off great but I don’t know what has happened now. As you can see in the pictures, my nails were not even cut properly and the nail polish was done HORRIBLY. My 10 year old niece can do a better job!!! I will no longer be using their service and I will no longer recommend them to family and friends! I just got back from U & I nail salon and I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. My family and I have been going here for many years now. They started off great but I don’t know what has happened now. I love this place. They are very clean and polite. Everything is sanitized straight out of the hot box. I only get a pedicure there though. Never had my nails done there though because I go to another lady somewhere else. Haven’t had a problem as of yet. They aim to please. I’m sure if you want something, they will do their best to make you happy.

Horrible. Made the mistake of going to a salon I’ve never been to, especially the week of my birthday. The guy doing my nails kept nicking me and cutting me and he was super rude not once did he apologize. Anytime I said anything to him he would ignore me. He had a major attitude. Not to mention he doesn’t seem to know how to do nails he was caking everything on so much. The women came to paint my nails and she was almost done, her customer walks in and she just flat out left the guy to finish the last few nails like really? Now half my nails are darker than the others because the guy wouldn’t even wipe the brush off before he applied. I just wanted some simple diamonds on my nails and that couldn’t even happen. He was so nasty and rude I’m appalled. I got gel and my nails aren’t even dry they’re all sticky and gross. I’m very upset. I would never go here again.

Yeah nice location. Clean. Friendly staff. But work ethics is trash. Mind you I was the only one there getting my nails done. There was no need for her to rush. She was very rough with my hands as well. Never again ! Plus I had to keep telling her what was wrong that I didn’t like and of course she’d argue

I have tried this place for more than a year. The pedicure ladies are awesome. Now the brothers, they are something else. They are not customer friendly, they are grumpy and mean at times. The last times i have gone they have been rough and rushed through my fill-ins, and filled my nails too much to the nail bed. I dont know if this is just with me, but i find it very unsuitable because i am not getting the service for free, i am paying as well as everyone else. In addition i feel the price are overpriced. I will no longer be getting anything done there.

Only reason why I left them and didn’t go back was because I had the wedding to attend over the weekend bad for business never will I go here again.
