By far the best nail salon I have ever been to! The staff is social and polite with guests, they stay on task and always do a fantastic job. I have been going here for about 5 months now to see Tiffany and she is such a delight! I have had both pedicures and manicures done, each with nail art. The natural nails are my favorite and they have a massive selection here! One of my favorite things about Tiffany is the obvious pride she has in her work. She is meticulous, focused, and not afraid to try new things. On a different note though, things do take a bit longer here. I can expect to spend about 2 hours, maybe less here. I personally don’t mind it because I schedule my nail day for a time that I’m not super busy. Just know that you can’t easily go during your lunch hour. Anyway, LOVE this place and the people!

I’ve been going here to get my nails done for almost 2 years now and I have never been disappointed. They treat you so well here. Their options for dip polish are wonderful and they’ll definitely have a color for everyone. They’re great at making suggestions for nail colors or designs if you have special events coming up. Not only that but your nails look fantastic and last weeks thanks to them. I would definitely give them a try.

I’ve gotten dip and gel for manicures as well as pedicures and it’s always been great! They’re also reasonably priced and it’s always clean there. Highly recommend for your next mani & pedi! The bratty little daughter working here So unbelievably rude to me and even to my mother, completely ruined the experience. Also they refused to give me sandals after a pedicure – I had to ask 3 times! They expected me to walk around the salon barefoot; that is how infections happen – and what do you know, there’s another reviewer here saying that that is exactly what happened to them. As a matter of fact they did make me walk barefoot once and a bunch of toenails and dust got stuck to the bottom of my feet. I did not see any barbicide being used and they use used tools/ files on you, which also can cause infection. Also, Their “massages” are pathetic, so bad! I have had to politely ask them to stop twice now. Of course they’re rude about it too. I came in there once, had an appointment, and after arriving they made me sit in the water waiting for 90 minutes before I eventually excused myself. The manicure didn’t turn out good because the guy got lazy at the end. Just bad.

I unexpectedly found U Got Nails when my original location turned out to not be what I expected it to be. It took a bit of time, but it was well worth it. The two gals (a mother daughter duo) were very sweet and incredibly knowledgeable. They listened to my request with SNS and getting the end result as thin as possible. My first experience with SNS almost turned me away – turns out it wasn’t SNS.

I came in to visit Tiffany today. She is absolutely amazing. She was very inviting, friendly and thorough with her service. I initially came in to get my acrylics taken off from another place. She talked me up on getting their “natural nails.” They’re absolutely perfect. Thin, short and square, just the way I like them. I most definitely recommend going in and visiting her for any nail service.
