I used to come here a lot. And finally came back to get a pedicure done. Unfortunately, I got some guy with an attitude who clearly does not like his job. He did the laziest job. My nails are not even, they’re filed lopsided. I also asked for a 10 minute massage and he literally did the same exact thing for those 10 minutes straight, without even massaging any other part of my leg. Sitting right next to him was a woman who was also giving someone else an amazing massage. It was honestly laughable the difference, and so obvious how lazy he was. I was too uncomfortable to say anything considering how shocking it was that he was trying to pass this off, I just knew he didn’t care. With how horrible this entire experience was, I reflected that in the tip. He literally comes up to me afterwards, making up a fake minimum percentage rule. After telling him how horrible his work was and that it was completely awkward considering how little he cared to do a good job, he said ok fine and snatched the receipt from my hands. I saw him go behind the desk and write something with his own pen. Not sure what he did, but overall, this was a horrible experience at every level and I wish that I had tipped him nothing at all in the end. He singlehandedly lost this business a customer.

Love this place for lashes. Theyre all really great with it. I won’t be getting my nails done there though. The plastic partitions were all up in the way and they tried to do my nails at the same time as my feet and did a terrible job. So just don’t get your manicure is the same time is your pedicure.

I get my lashes done here all the time and I always love them. On Sunday, I got them done by someone I’ve never seen there before & its 3 days later and almost all of the eyelashes fell off and I haven’t even done anything. ????? They started to fall out the morning after… makes no sense. Disappointed.
