Been several times. Not all stylists here know how to cut curly hair. On one occasion stylist botched haircut several times and had audacity to complain it was taking too long. This was after I had confirmed a 5:40 appointment and was not seated until closer to 6:30. Stylist then complained about me to next customer while I was still there. The other decent experiences I’ve had aren’t enough to keep me coming back.

I’ve been a customer of Susan’s for years, and she is the best barber around. She takes the time to always make sure the cut is done right and her prices are some of the most reasonable around. I’ve gotten better haircuts from her than from barbers three times more expensive, and her store is always packed with people waiting for their cut. Call ahead and book a reservation if you want to guarantee a cut with her, but her other barbers are top quality as well if she’s unavailable or you’re a walk-in.
