Critical: Professionalism, QualityLet me start off by saying that Tammy and Natasha are amazing. I went into Tyler’s to get my hair thinned and the only one that was there waz a new girl named Kristen. I have got my hair done there by Natasha and Tammy before and I’ve never had issues but this time when I left I was almost bald. I told Kristen that I wanted my hair thin she used the wrong type of thinning shears and I didn’t even have enough hair left over for a ponytail after she was done. I did not realise this until after I went to put my hair up after I had left and I called and there were already closed I then had to go pay $200 for extensions in my hair because I had no hair in the back of my head. The next day I called in spoke with Kristen and she told me that she knew what she was doing and she did nothing wrong, Honestly I feel like I should be reimbursed for all the money that I had spent to get my hair fixed And it’s still not even close to what it used to look like. Even with extensions I do not have enough hair for a pony tail.. Please do not let this girl cut your hair I don’t want this to happen to anybody else Honestly I don’t even think she should be able to cut hair because she messed mine up so bad and then didn’t even offer to reimburse me or fix it.
