Stopped in last minute with a friend. no appointment (on a Saturday) and they had room for us. If you have time and need a last minute pedi i would recommend them! Didnt get a manicure so cant comment on them.

The service was pretty quick and very well done! I got a full set acrylic french tip for $65. The nice lady that did them (I didn’t catch her name, unfortunately) was gentle but cleaned off my cuticles without me even feeling anything! The new management is a lot easier and friendlier to work with. Acrylic nails

I have gotten my nails done by just about every employee at TY, and have never once been disappointed! They take their time, do an amazing job, and are the sweetest ladies ever! They truly care about quality & detail, I have nothing but great things to say! Also, they keep the shop SO clean, which is uncommon with other shops in the area. I look forward to my appointments here 🙂

Relaxing experience of a pedicure for $35. Atmosphere is very Zen and ladies are super nice. I will come back! Also so many nail colors to choose from!

Very professional and fun ladies that work here. This place is under new management and they have new pedi chairs that have awesome massages. They were so sweet with my 9 year old and made her feel special. Very clean and many options for color. This place has a great vibe and we will be back! Great job T Y Nails!! Horrible experience, me and my daughter went here and got our nails and feet done. Took almost 3 hours and she got her nails painted, no Acrylic nails. My nails are thick in some areas and the paint has brush strokes in it and see through in places, hasn’t even been a week and the ends are rubbing off and I paid more for the shellac. My toes are see through also. Also had to tell the lady to cut my nail straight because she wasn’t paying any attention. When my daughter asked for a smiley and sad face on her ring finger she said “if I have time”! Like what??! Also didn’t get any cleaning or massaging like a normal pedicure you would get, everything felt very rushed. Very disappointed and it also was very pricey. Definitely didn’t “get what we paid for” we paid $160 for a set, polish and 2 pedicures. Will not go back again.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI will never be going back to this salon. I’ve been going since I moved here in March and never had problems until today. The lady who started helping me filed my nails WAY too short. *reference pic is attached* I was then told by another lady that the girl helping me didn’t know how to do this design so she would have to. She helped three women before even touching my nails. The girl who had already been helping me then started to do my nails and I was confused and asked the other lady why she was doing them if she didn’t know how? She said that she just told her to paint them while I waited. When she was doing the layers of shellac they were so thick that my nail wasn’t drying in the LED light. And the design was crooked. She then started to cry so much that tears were running down her cheek and chin. I asked her if she was okay and if she should even be doing nails right now, to which she responded “yes”. 2 1/2 hours later I am so frustrated I just asked the other lady (who was suppose to do my nails in the first place) to just do a solid color because I was over this. As you can see, very bumpy, uneven filing, CUTS on several of my fingers, dried polish, wrong shape, and I’m sure there’s more.As someone who has been getting their nails done for years and a fellow customer service worker, this is by far the WORST experience I’ve EVER had at any salon. I will not be bringing my business back. If you want to go here or you already do, please reconsider.I will never be going back to this salon.
